Hello, It is me again welcome to this program. I want to share something good with you, about how to become and to think like millionaires. I believe if you will be with me and read this article you will never be the same your mind and life will change forever. It was impressive to me, it changed my mind and now I'm a different person. I want to share this book with you my friend. The thing you are going to learn  can change your life. Lot of thanks to Mr. Brian Tracy for writing the book that can change our mind and our life too. This book consist of 21 strategies which are very simple to follow and to apply in our life. This strategies have been the springboards to financial success for millions of men and women, from every walk of life. These principles are simple, effective and fairly easy to apply. Each of them is based on exhaustive research and interviews with thousands of self-made millionaires. They have been tested and proven over and over again, and they will work for you if you will take them and apply them in your own life. As a Tanzanian youth I believe this book will change your life.

We are living at the greatest time in all of human history. More people are becoming wealthy today, starting from nothing than has ever been imagined. There are more than five million millionaires in America, most of them self-made, and the number is growing by 15% to 20% each year. We even have self-made ten millionaires, hundred millionaires and more than two hundred billionaires. We have never seen this type of rapid wealth creation in all of human history. Here's the good news. Virtually everyone starts with nothing.
Probably 99% of all financially successful people today started off broke or nearly broke.

The iron law of human destiny is the Law of Cause and Effect. This law is simple yet very powerful. It says that there is a specific effect for every cause. For every action, there is a reaction. This law says that success is not an accident. Financial success is the result of doing certain, specific things, over and over again, until you get the effect that you desire.

Nature is neutral. This means that nature, the marketplace, our society, does not care who you are or what you are. And when you think the thoughts and do the things that self-made millionaires do, you will begin to get the same results and benefits they do. It is all up to you.

The book have 21 secrets of success of self-made millionaires.They are easily to follow and to apply. Each of these is indispensable to your becoming financially independent. The absence of any one of these factors can, by itself, undermine and even destroy your chances for health, happiness and great prosperity. The

The first secret of self-made millionaires is simple: Dream Big Dreams! Allow yourself to dream. Allow yourself to imagine and fantasize about the kind of life you would like to live and the kind of money you would like to earn and have in your bank account. All great men and women begin with a dream of something wonderful and different from what they have today. You know the
song that says, "You have to have a dream if you want to make a dream come true." Imagine that you have no limitations on what you can be, have or do in life. Just for the moment, imagine that you have all the time, all the money, all the education, all the experience, all the friends, all the contacts, all the resources and everything you need to achieve anything you want in life. If your potential was completely unlimited, what kind of a life would you want to create for yourself and your family?

Practice "back from the future" thinking. This is a powerful technique practiced by high performing men and women that has an amazing effect on your mind and on your behavior. Project yourself forward five years. Imagine that five years have passed and that your life is now perfect in every respect. What does it look like? What are you doing? Where are you working? How much money are you earning? How much do you have in the bank? What kind of a lifestyle do you
have?


Create a vision for yourself for the long-term future. The more clear your vision of health, happiness and prosperity, the faster you move toward it and the faster it moves toward you. When you create a clear mental picture of where you are going in life, you become more positive, more motivated and more determined to make it a reality. You trigger your natural creativity and come up with idea after idea to help make your vision come true. You always tend to move in the direction of your dominant dreams, images and visions. The very act of allowing yourself to dream big dreams actually raises your self-esteem and causes you to like and respect yourself more. It improves your self-concept and increases your level of self-confidence. It increases your personal level of self- respect and personal happiness. There is something about dreams and visions that is exciting and that stimulates you to do and be better than you ever have before. Here is a great question for you to ask and answer, over and over again: "What one thing would you dare to dream if you knew you could not fail?" If you were absolutely guaranteed of success in any one thing in life, large or small, short-term or long-term, what would it be? What one great thing would you dare to dream if you knew you could not fail?

Whatever it is, write it down and begin imagining that you had achieved this one great goal already. Then, look back to where you are today. What would you have done to get to where you want to go? What steps would you have taken? What would you have changed in your life? What would you have gotten into or gotten out of? Who would you be with? Who would you no longer be with? If
your life was perfect in every respect, what would it look like? Whatever it is that you would do differently, take the first step today. Dreaming big dreams is the starting point of achieving your goal of financial independence. The number one reason that people never succeed financially is because it never occurs to them that they can do it. As a result, they never try. They never get started. They continue to go around in financial circles, spending everything they earn and a
little bit more besides. But when you begin to dream big dreams about financial success, you begin to change the way you see yourself and your life. You begin to do different things, bit by bit, gradually, until the whole direction of your life changes for the better. Dreaming big dreams is the starting point of financial success, and becoming a self-made millionaire.




Secret number two, develop a clear sense of direction. This is where you take your dreams out of the air and you crystallize them into clear, specific written goals. Perhaps the greatest discovery in human history is that, "You become what you think about most of the time." The two factors that determine what happens to you in life, more than anything else, are what you think about and how you think about it. Successful people think about their goals most of the time. As a result, they are continually moving toward their goals and their goals
are moving toward them. Whatever you think about most of the time grows and increases in your life. If you are thinking and talking and visualizing your goals, you tend to accomplish far, far more than the average person who is usually thinking and talking about their worries and problems most of the time.

Here is an exercise for you. Take a sheet of paper and write the word "Goals" at the top with today's date. Then, make a list of 10 goals that you would like to achieve over the next 12 months. Write your goals in the present tense, as though a year has passed and you have already achieved them. Begin each goal with the word "I" to make it personal to you. By making out a list of 10 goals for yourself for the next year, you will have moved yourself into the top 3% of adults in our society. The sad fact is that 97% of adults have never made a list
of goals in their entire lives.

Once you have your list of 10 goals, go back over the list and ask this key question: "Which one goal on this list, if I were to achieve it, would have the greatest positive impact on my life?" Whatever your answer to that question, circle that goal and make that your number one, most important goal for the future. Set a deadline, make a plan, take action on your plan and do something
every day that moves you toward your goal. From now on, think and talk about that goal all the time. Think and talk about how you can achieve that goal. Think and talk about all the different things that you can do to make that goal a reality. This exercise will stimulate your creativity, increase your energy and
unlock your potential.

CHIPS SIO SUMU ILA SASA!!!!!

Habari yako ndugu msomaji,naamini haujambo,na u mzima wa afya.Karibu katika makala hii ya siku ya leo.Leo nimeona vyema kuongelea kuhusu miongoni chakula tunachokipendelea sana kula, chakula hicho ni "CHIPS".Nadhani wengi na wewe ukiwa miongoni mwao tunafahamu CHIPS ni nini.Kwa hapa bongo tumeendelea hadi tuna aina za CHIPS,kama vile chips dume(hii ni aina ya chakula ambacho kina vipande vidogo vya viazi utamu,au vipande vya mihogo vilivyo kaangwa).

Nimeleta maada hii ili niweze kukufahamisha madhara ya hiki chakula ambacho wengi tunakipenda na hasa watoto wa kike.Huenda umewahi kuambiwa kwamba chips ni sumu,au umewahi kusikia kuwa chipsi zinamadhara.Najua ulipo sikia ulishituka na huenda ulipunguza kutumia chips lakini ulipoona hakuna madhara ukapotezea ukaendelea kutumia,, si kweli???Leo nataka kukupa ukweli kuhusu chips na ninakuomba baada ya kusoma ubadilike tafadhari.
CHIPS ninazoongelea leo nizile zinazo tengenezwa kwa kutumia viazi mviringo.


Kisayansi inasemekana kuwa viazi mviringo vina chemical inayojulikana kama "solanum glycoalkaloid" chemical hii ni sumu pale inapoingia katika mwili wa binadamu.Lakini Mungu mkubwa ameuumba mwili wetu kiasi kwamba sumu hiyo au chemical hiyo inapoingia ndani ya mwili haiwezi kuingia kwa haraka  ndani ya damu na kuleta madhara hivyo hukaa ndani ya tumbo kwa muda mrefu,Ikiwa ndani ya tumbo mwili hubadilisha ile chemical kutoka katika sumu kali na kupeleka katika hali ya sumu isiyo kali,na ili kuepuka madhara ya sumu hiyo katika mwili,chemical hiyo huondolewa kwa haraka sana nje ya mwili kwa kupitia njia ya mkojo na njia ya kinyesi.

Kitu kibaya sana ni jinsi chipsi zinavyo andaliwa,kitu kinachoweza kutupatia madhara na ambacho ni hatari sana ni mafuta yanayo tumika katika kutengeneza chipsi hasa kwa zile chipsi za kununua magengeni.

Kuhusu mafuta.Kisayansi inasemekana kuwa mafuta haya yanayotolewa na vyanzo vya asili ambayo tunayatumia kwa afya au ambayo ni mazuri kwa afya zetu mfano mafuta ya alizeti,mzeituni,karanga,n.k.Huwa kichemical yanajulikana kuwa au yanatokea kama "unsaturated fats".Tabia moja wapo ya haya mafuta ni kwamba yanaweza kubadilika kutoka form moja kwenda nyingine form hizo zinajulikana kama "CIS" na "TRANS".

Ili kubadilika kutoka form(mfumo) moja kwenda nyingine kiasi kikubwa cha joto kinahitajika.Kwa kawaida mafuta huwa katika form ya "CIS" ambayo kiafya haina madhara.Matumizi ya mafuta nyumbani ndio matumizi yanayo hitajika,Jinsi unavyo tumia mafuta hayo hayo mara kwa mara bila kubadilisha ndipo unapoongeza uwezekano wa mafuta kubadilika kutoka katika form moja kwenda nyingine.


Mafuta ya kibadilika kuwa kwenye form ya "TRANS" ni hatari sana kwa Afya mafuta haya huweza kuleta au kusababisha KANSA YA UTUMBO.


Wauzaji wa chips wanaweza kutuletea madhara katika afya zetu kwa sababu sio wote wanaobadilisha mara kwa mara mafuta wanayotumia.Wengi hutumia mafuta hayo kwa muda mrefu kiasi kwamba wengine hadi chipsi zao huonekana nyeusi.Baadhi huchanganya mafuta yakula na yatransformer ili kupunguza upotevu wa mafuta.Hii ni hatari sana,tuwe makini na Afya zetu na tupende miili yetu ili tuishi maisha marefu.

Ushauri wangu kwako ni kwamba kama itawezekana jaribu kupunguza matumizi ya chipsi za kununua,ikiwezekana nunua viazi vyako mwenyewe utengeneze chipsi zako.

RAFIKI YAKO NI NANI

Habari yako ndugu msomaji leo nimeona vyema niongelee kuhusu rafiki.Hivi Rafiki ni nani? Huenda ili neno huwa unalisikia kila siku au mara kwa mara.Wengi hujua kuwa rafiki ni mtu tu wa karibu,lakini neno rafiki lina maana kubwa zaidi na jinsi tunavyo lifahamu.Rafiki ni mtu unayemfahamu,unaye mpenda na kumuamini,anaweza kuwa wakike au wa kiume.Maisha yetu huwathiriwa sana na marafiki tulionao."Kuna msemo unasema niambie rafiki yako nikuambie tabia yako".Watu wengi tumekuwa tunachagua marafiki tukidhani huenda watatusaidia lakini tunajikuta mambo yetu yote tunayopanga yanaharibika kutokana na marafiki tulionao.Vijana wengi tumejikuta tumejiingiza kwenye tabia mbaya zisizofaa kutokana na marafiki tulionao.



  Ninamambo machache sana nataka tujulishane yanayoweza kutusaidia kuishi maisha mema ambayo hayawezi kuathiriwa na marfiki


     Najua unarafiki,huenda amekufanya umebadilisha tabia yako,au huenda yeye hanatabia njema.Kituchakufanya ili asiweze kubadili mwelekeo wa tabia yako usimruhusu atawale maamuzi yako.Jaribu kuwa na maamuzi yako usije mruhusu mtu akakutawala.Watu wengi hasa vijana tumejikuta tunapotea kwa kuruhusu marafiki zetu kututawala,kiakili na kimaamuzi pia.Hivyo njia nzuri ya kuepuka ushawishi mbaya wa marafiki jaribu kuwa na maamuzi yako mwenyewe,na ujitawale wewe mwenyewe."Acha wengine waige maisha yako na marafiki wapende jinsi wewe unavyo ishi". Ukiruhusu wewe kuwafuata wao utajikuta unapotea.


    Jaribu kuwa makini unapochagua rafiki,angalia tabia zake na angalia kama anaweza kukufaa katika kufanikisha malengo yako.Rafiki ananguvu kubwa sana katika kubadilisha maisha yako,hivyo jitahidi sana katika chaguzi za marafiki.





“Chagua marafiki wanaoshiriki maadili yako ili uweze kuimarisha na kuhamasisha kila mmoja katika kuishi viwango vya juu".Na“Ili kuwa na marafiki wema, kuwa rafiki mwema. …

“Unapojitahidi kuwa rafiki kwa watu wengine, usipuuze viwango vyako.”

Kama wewe nimiongoni mwa watu waliyo athirika na marafiki,unaweza kubadilika na kuishi maisha mazuri.Jaribu kutengana na marafiki anzakufanya maamuzi yako mwenyewe.Fanya uchaguzi upya,Naamini ukiamua utaweza.

MIONZI ya simu za mkononi inaweza kuathiri maendeleo ya ubongo wa watoto walioko tumboni mwa mama zao, utafiti umeeleza.Utafiti huo umetaja madhara mengine ya mionzi ya simu za mkononi kuwa ni uharibifu wa manii, mimba, kupungua kwa nguvu za kiume, kupoteza kumbukumbu na kuzaa watoto watukutu.

Pia umeeleza kuwa matumizi kupita kiasi ya simu hizo, husababisha mtindio wa ubongo na upungufu wa udadisi kwa watoto tangu udogo wao.

Hata hivyo, utafiti huo uliofanywa na Shule ya Tiba na Dawa ya Chuo Kikuu cha Yale, Marekani na kuripotiwa na Gazeti la The Telegraph la Uingereza, umepingwa na watafiti wengine, wakisema haujakidhi baadhi ya vigezo ili kuuthibitisha.
Kiongozi wa jopo la utafiti huo, Profesa Hugh Taylor alisema utafiti huo ulioanzia kwa panya, baadaye ulithibitika kwa binadamu.

Profesa Taylor ambaye pia ni Mkuu wa Idara ya Uzazi, Magonjwa ya Wanawake na Sayansi ya Uzazi, alisema: “Tulikuwa na panya wenye mimba katika maboksi na tuliwawekea simu juu ya vichwa vyao. Panya tuliokuwa tumewaweka katika bwawa lile, nusu yao walikuwa wazima na nusu yao walikufa. Panya waliokuwa hai tuliwaacha wajifungue na baada ya kujifungua, tukaanza kutafiti watoto wao.”
“Panya ambao hawakuwa karibu na simu za mikononi walionekana kuwa werevu. Kumbukumbu zao hazikupungua ikilinganishwa na panya walioathiriwa na mionzi ya simu za mikononi ambao katika vipimo vya awali wakiwa tumboni, walionekana kuhangaika.”

“Panya hao wenye mimba waliowekwa kwa siku 17 katika boksi hilo na simu kupigwa mfululizo juu ya vichwa vyao, walizaa watoto watukutu na waliokosa kumbukumbu.”
Aliongeza: “Matokeo hayo yanaweza kutokea kwa binadamu pia. Mjamzito anayetumia simu ya mkononi muda mwingi, anaweza pia kuzaa taahira.”

Utafiti huo umebaini kuwa kati ya asilimia tatu na saba ya watoto wenye umri wa kwenda shule, wana tatizo la utukutu linaloweza pia kuathiri maendeleo yao kitaaluma. Alisema kiwango hicho kimekuwa kikiongezeka kwa asilimia tatu kila mwaka tangu mwaka 1997.

Profesa Taylor alisema anaamini kuwa simu za mikononi pia ni sababu ya baadhi ya watoto kukosa adabu na pengine kutokuwa makini katika mambo mbalimbali wanapokuwa watu wazima.

“‘Huu ni utafiti wa kwanza unaoonyesha ushahidi wa madhara ya mionzi ya simu za mkononi. Tumeonyesha kuwa matatizo ya tabia katika panya yalitokana na mionzi ya simu za mkononi waliyoipata wakiwa tumboni,” alisema Profesa Taylor na kuongeza:

“Kuongezeka kwa utovu wa nidhamu kwa watoto kunaweza kuwa sehemu ya madhara ya mionzi ya simu, ambazo mama zao walikuwa wakizitumia wakati wao wakiwa bado tumboni.”

Profesa Taylor alifanya utafiti huo kwa kuwachukua panya 33 wenye mimba na kuwaweka kwenye boksi lenye nyavu kisha kuweka simu juu yake. Simu hiyo ilikuwa ikiita mfululizo kwa siku 17.
Pia aliwaweka panya wengine 33 katika mazingira ya aina hiyo lakini hakuweka simu juu ya boksi hilo.
“Zaidi ya watu 160 waliofanyiwa utafiti wa aina hiyo pia walionekana kuwa na tofauti za kitabia ambayo inaweza kuhusishwa na utafiti huo.

Hata hivyo, Profesa Taylor alisema kuna haja ya kuendelea kufanya utafiti zaidi ili kubaini sababu ya mionzi hiyo ya simu kuathiri watoto walio tumboni mwa mama zao na namna bora ya matumizi ya simu kwa wanawake wajawazito.

Mtaalamu huyo anatarajia kuungana na wenzake akiwamo Dk Devra Davis, anayeongoza Shirika lisilo la Kiserikali la Mazingira na Afya la “Environmental Health Trust” kwa ajili ya utafiti zaidi kuhusu madhara ya simu.

Mwaka 2011, Shirika la Kimataifa la Afya Duniani linalojihusisha na uchunguzi wa kansa, lilidai kuwa mionzi ya simu inaweza kusababisha kansa na hivyo jopo hilo la madaktari linaendelea na utafiti zaidi.

Nchi nyingine duniani ikiwamo Ufaransa, ilipiga marufuku kwa kampuni za matangazo ya simu kwa watoto kutokana na hatari mbalimbali zinazoweza kuwatokea.

Ongezeko la matatizo ya magonjwa wa mishipa ya fahamu, matatizo mbalimbali ya ubongo pamoja na magonjwa ya akili, ni mojawapo ya mambo yaliyochagiza kufanyika kwa utafiti huo.
Dk Hugh alisema simu za mkononi hazina madhara kwa watu wazima kama inavyodaiwa na wengi, lakini ni vifaa vyenye kuleta athari kubwa kwa watoto walio tumboni.

“Matatizo yanayowapata watoto wa binadamu walio wengi hivi sasa ikiwa ni pamoja na magonjwa ya mtindio wa ubongo, mishipa ya fahamu inasababishwa na matumizi ya simu za mkononi kwa mama wajawazito pamoja na kukaa nazo jirani kwa muda mrefu.”

“Haijalishi mama anaongea na simu au la! Mionzi inapenya na kuleta madhara pia kusababisha kazi ya ukuaji wa mtoto katika ubongo kulegalega, wapo ambao wanalala na simu kitandani zikiwa zimewashwa... hii ni hatari zaidi labda iwe imezimwa,” anasema Dk Hugh.

Akizungumzia utafiti huo jana, Mkurugenzi wa Teknolojia ya Nyuklia wa Taasisi ya Mionzi Tanzania (Taec), alisema ni vigumu kuukosoa utafiti huo kwa sasa hadi hapo Shirika la Afya Duniani (WHO), litakapotoa tamko sahihi ingawa alisema mionzi ina athari kubwa kwa binadamu.

“Nilipata kusoma utafiti huo katika mitandao siku mbili zilizopita, ni utafiti ambao umewekwa wazi, kwa kweli hata mimi ulinishtua, lakini ni mapema kuzungumzia hilo kwa sasa. Kwani utafiti huo bado unakinzana kwa mambo mengi, licha ya kupingwa pia na baadhi ya wanasayansi.

“Nadhani ni muda mwafaka sasa kufanya uchunguzi kwa binadamu na si kutumia panya kama walivyofanya Chuo Kikuu cha Yale. Hata hivyo, jopo la madaktari pia wanatarajia kufanya kikao chao mapema wiki hii, labda tutapata maoni mapya.”

Alisema kwa kawaida mionzi ina madhara kwa binadamu, lakini bado kuna maswali mengi kwa wanasayansi duniani ambayo bado hayajapatiwa ufumbuzi, hivyo inawawia vigumu Taec kutoa ufafanuzi wowote kuhusu athari hizo.

Meneja wa Mawasiliano wa Mamlaka ya Mawasiliano Tanzania (TCRA), Innocent Mungy alisema utafiti huo unaweza kuwa msaada mkubwa kwa nchi kama Tanzania ambayo hivi sasa ndiyo imechipukia katika matumizi ya simu za mkononi.

Ndugu msomaji leo nimependa nikupatie mada moja nzuri ambayo inaweza kukusaidia kuilinda Afya yako.Leo nimependa kuzungumzia mada inayohusu MAMBO MUHIMU YA KUZINGATIA KABLA HAUJATUMIA AU HAUJANYWA DAWA.Kabla sijakuambia mambo muhimu unayopaswa kujua kabla ya kutumia dawa za kutibu maradhi ya mwili,ni vyema ni kujuze maana ya Dawa.Huenda ukawa unafahamu maana nyingine za dawa ila hata hii ninayo kupa leo huenda ikafaa pia.Dawa ni kitu au vitu vya kikemikali vinavyo tengenezwa na binadamu ndani ya maabara au hutolewa  katika vitu vya asili kama vile wanyama au mimea,vinavyo tumika kujua ugonjwa,kutibu na kuzuia ugonjwa katika mwili wa Binadamu.


    
      Dawa hutumika kwa dhumuni maalumu la kuepusha mwili wa binadamu na maradhi au magonjwa kama vile,Malaria,Kichocho,Homa,Maumivu ya mwili,Taifodi,Ukimwi,Kisonono n.k.Na kuufanya mwili kuwa katika hali nzuri.


 Watu wengi tumekuwa tunatumia dawa bila umakini wowote jambo ambalo tumekuwa tuki hatarisha maisha yetu wenyewe kwa kupuuzia tarifa muhimu za utumiaji wa dawa tupewazo.Jambo la muhimu kufahamu ni kwamba japo dawa hizi zinatumika kuzuia na kutibu maradhi ya mwili.Matumizi mabaya ya dawa hizi yanaweza kuadhiri miili yetu pia.Kumbuka kuwa dawa hizi ni kemikali hivyo matumizi mabaya ya dawa hizi yanaweza kufanya zikawa sumu kwetu na wala zisitusaidie.Baadae nitakuambia matumizi mabaya ya dawa ni yapi.


MAMBO MUHIMU YA KUZINGATIA KABLA HAUJATUMIA DAWA 



Yafuatayo ni mambo baadhi muhimu ambayo nimeona ni bora tushirikiane kufahamu, kabla ya kutumia dawa tunazo nunua au tunazopewa na madaktari au wafamasia na nurse.


  • Kabla haujatumia dawa yoyote ni vizuri kwanza ujue unaumwa nini.Kila dawa imetengenezwa kwa ajili ya kutibu tatizo fulani katika mwili na ndio maana tunadawa tofauti tofauti,hivyo ni vizuri kabla haujatumia dawa yoyote kwanza jua ni nini tatizo.Na tatizo lako utalifahamu kwa kuenda katika vituo vya Afya na kupata vipimo maalumu kisha utapewa dawa sahihi.
  • Zifahamu dawa vizuri dawa zako ulizopewa kwa kuomba maelekezo kutoka kwa mtoa huduma.Hii na maanisha fahamu jina la dawa zako na jinsi zinavyo weza kukusaidia.Hii itakusaidia kuwa na uhakika na moyo wa kutumia dawa zako vizuri kwa furaha bila wasiwasi wowote ukijua kuwa maradhi yako yataisha.Pia itakusaidia kutambua dawa zako endapo zitachanganywa na dawa za watu wa familia yako wanao tumia dawa.


  • Hakikisha unajua jinsi ya kutumia dawa zako.Hapa maranyingi watu wanaopewa dawa huambiwa meza dawa kutwa mara mbili,au mara tatu au mara nne kwa siku,kwa siku kadhaa,kwa wiki au kwa mwezi.Na wao humeza kama walivyo ambiwa,unakuta mtu anakuambia nimeambiwa ni meze mara tatu kwa siku kwa hiyo nameza asubuhi,mchana na jioni.
Kufanya hivyo ni makosa makubwa ndugu yangu.Ni muhimu kufahamu vitu hivi.
SIKU MOJA INA MASAA 24 [ishirini na nne]
hivyo unapoambiwa:
  • kunywa dawa mara mbili kwa siku anamaanisha tumia dawa yako kila baada ya masaa kumi na mbili.
ili kufahamu unaweza kufanya hesabu mwenyewe.Chukua masaa 24 na kisha ugawanye kwa mbili.
masaa 24/2=masaa 12.
Hivyo dawa yako utakuwa unakunywa kila baada ya masaa kumi na mbili.Ambayo ni mara mbili kwa siku.

  • Unapo ambiwa kunywa mara tatu kwa siku inamaanisha kila baada ya masaa nane tumia dawa yako.Unaweza pia ukatumia hesabu niliyo kupatia hapo juu pia.
masaa 24/3=masaa 8.

  • Unapo ambiwa kunywa mara nne kwa siku inamaanisha tumia dawa yako kila baada ya masaa sita.Pia waweza kutumia hesabu yetu kuhakikisha vizuri.
Unaweza kujiuliza swali je ni tajuaje kuhesabu masaa ya kunywa dawa zangu? Jibu ni rahisi unaanza kuhesabu masaa pale unapo kunywa dawa ya kwanza.Mfano kama umekunywa dawa sasa hivi, saa inayofuata hesabu kama ndio saa ya kwanza na kuendelea.

  • Hakikisha unajua madhara ya dawa uliyopewa ili kuepuka wasi wasi na kuacha kutumia dawa yako.Nime tumia neno madhara huenda ukawa umeshituka,ila usiwe na shaka yoyote.Unajua Mungu wetu ni waajabu sana kaumba miili yetu kwa mtindo wa ajabu sasa kulingana na maumbile ya kila mtu wapo ambao wakigusa,wakinusa au wakila au kunywa vitu fulani huwa wanapata madhara mfano kuwashwa,kubabuka ngozi na kadharika watu wenye sifa kama hizo huwa tunasema wanaalegi[alergy].Pia katika dawa tunazo tumia huwa kunaweza kukawa na kemikali ambazo hazipatani na mwili wako mfano SULPHUR.Hivyo nivyema ukafahamu mapema ili kuepuka madhara hayo.



  •  Kabla ya kutumia dawa hakikisha umenawa mikono kwa sabuni na maji safi kisha hakikisha imekauka,na tumia majisafi na salama unapo kunywa dawa.Kama utakuwa unafanya kinyume na hapo utakuwa unajidanganya mwenyewe na unahatarisha afya yako mwenyewe.


  •  Hakikisha unajua jinsi ya kutunza dawa zako kwa kupata maelekezo kutoka kwa watoa huduma.Na hakikisha unafuata maelekezo.Pia kumbuka dawa zote  ziwekwe mbali na watoto kuepuka madhara na zisiwekwe sehemu zinapoweza kupigwa na mwanga wa jua kwa muda mrefu ili kuepusha kuharibika kwa dawa na kupoteza ubora wake.


  • Jua mahusiano ya dawa yako na chakula au vinywaji kama vile Maziwa,na pombe.Baadhi ya dawa ukimeza unaweza kunywa maziwa mfano ni dawa zile zinazo yeyuka mapema zinapokuwa kwenye sehemu ya mafutamafuta kama vile ALU dawa ya malaria.
Hizo ni baadhi ya mambo ambayo nimependa ufahamu kabla haujatumia dawa,nadhani utakuwa umepata elimu fulani itakayo kusaidia kujenga afya yako.


MATUMIZI MABAYA YA DAWA

    Watu wengi wamekuwa wanatumia dawa vibaya sana wanatumia dawa kwa mazoea.Wengi wakijisikia vibaya tu wanatumia dawa,wengine kichwa kikiuma kidogo tu wanatumia dawa.Kufanya hivyo ni kuhatarisha afya yako,matokeo hauta pata sasa ila hapo baadae.Nivyema kujua tatizo lako la kiafya ndipo utumie dawa.Si kila homa ni malaria hivyo epuka kutumia dawa za malaria kutibu homa.

    Pia watu wengi huwa hawamalizi dawa wanazopewa,huwa wanatumia dawa pale wanapojisikia wapo hoi,wakijisikia vizuri huwa wanazitupa.Wasipopona huwa ndio walalamikaji wa kwanza kuwa dawa hazifanyi kazi.Tabia hii sio nzuri kabisa kama unayo rafiki acha.Maliza dawa unazopewa ili kuzuia maradhi mengine yanayo weza kujitokeza.

  • Funga chombo cha kutunzia dawa baada ya kutumia dawa zako.Usiache dawa wazi kuepuka kupoteza ubora wa dawa.
  • Dawa yako ni yako na walasi ya mwingine hivyo itumie vizuri kama inavyotakiwa kwa sababu inauwezo wa kuboresha afya yako.

TAI





NDEGE TAI

Tai ni ndege mbua wakubwa wa familia Accipitridae. Wana makucha marefu ili kukamata uwimbo na domo kubwa lenye ncha kwa kulabu ili kupapura nyama. Uwezo wao wa kuona kwa macho ni mzuri kabisa na hutambua uwimbo kwa mbali sana. Tai hujenga tago lao juu ya miti mirefu au magenge marefu. Pengine hutumika kwa uwindaji wa vipanga.
Sitapenda kumzungumzia sana huyu ndege ila napenda kuzungumzia sifa alizo nazo ambazo zinamfanya aonekane ndege wa mfano kuliko ndege wengine.Nadhani unafahamu kuwa Nchi ya Marekani inamtumia ndege huyu kama ndege wa Taifa (kwa Tanzania tunamtumia Twiga).

SIFA ZA TAI 
Zifuatazo ni sifa za Tai,sio sifa zake zote ila ni baadhi ya sifa ambazo nimezipenda niweze kushea na wewe,angalau tumtumie ndege huyu kama mfano atusaidie kubadilisha maisha yetu na kufikia ndoto zetu.
  1. Utafiti unaonyesha kuwa ndege huyu anaona umbali mara saba zaidi ya jinsi anavyoona binadamu.
  2. Anauwezo wa kuruka juu sana kuliko ndege wengine na kuona chakula kama vile samaki,kisha hulenga shabaa toka mbali na kumpata mlengwa.
  3. Huyu ni ndege mwenye nguvu kuliko ndege wengine.
  4. Huweka makazi yake juu ya miti mirefu sana kuliko ndege wengine.
Zipo sifa nyingi sana za ndege huyu ila sifa moja wapo niliyo ipenda ni JINSI NDEGE HUYU ANAVYO WEZA KUONA MBALI KUTOKA JUU KULIKO NDEGE WENGINE WOTE.Sifa hii ya ndege huyu ndio sifa inayo takiwa kuwanayo wewe na mimi kijana wa Kitanzania.Tunapaswa kuona mbali kama Tai,na maanisha tunapaswa kuona maisha yajayo na kujiandaa nayo sio kuona ya sasa au ya leo tu.Wewe kama kijana wa sasa tambua kwamba maisha yanaenda na UZEE unakaribia,hivyo usipo jiandaa na kupanga maisha yako ya baadae,utakuwa mzigo kwa familia yako,kwa jamii na kwa taifa yako pia.
     Hebu na kuomba kijana wa kitanzania acha kufanya mambo ambayo yatakufanya ujekujutia hapo baadae,usihishi kufurahia maisha haya ya ujana tuu,angalia pia siku kama ya leo kesho utakuwa katika hari gani?Wajanja wanaenda na yote mawili wanafurahia ujana wao pia wanatengeneza vizuri maisha yao na wanauhakika wa kuishi maisha ya kheri hapo baadae.
    Hivyo ushauri wangu kwako kijana wa kitanzania naomba tuwe na jicho la Tai katika maisha yetu tuishi kwa kufikiria mambo ya badae(watu wanasema kufikiria nje ya box),kama unawaza kuajiriwa na kuomba anza kuwaza kujiajiri.Tuache maisha ya kuiga na maisha ya kujionyesha(maisha ya usanii).Tupunguze muda wa kuchati tuongeze muda wa ujasiriamali.Kwanini ufe ombaomba au masikini wakati nguvu unazo sasa?
         Tafadhari amuakufanya uamuzi wa faida,usiishi kizembe ONA MBALI,tumia nguvu zako za sasa kufurahia baadae.
